ProVision 3PL Standard
You run your own inventory at a size where the job is accuracy and control, not client billing. Standard gives you advanced warehouse management, integration with the ERP or ecommerce platform you already have, unlimited orders and SKUs, and 3 to 8 RF users.
ProVision 3PL Extended
You are running client-facing work, or heading that way. Extended adds configuration changes your own people can make and extended support, on the same engine as Standard, with a path to multi-client billing at the Advanced tier when you need it.
ProVision 3PL Advanced
More than one client account, more than one site, or billing that differs per client. Advanced carries multi-client warehouse management, client-specific billing, voice picking and automated warehouse systems, for 5 to 50 RF users.
ProVision Labels
What is breaking is the label, not the warehouse system. That is a construction problem: facestock, adhesive, liner and finish, matched to your printer, your surface and the conditions the label has to survive. Match a starting construction, then hand the spec to a label engineer.

How does the advisor decide?
Four answers, first match wins. A hardware or automation problem goes to a specialist. A label problem goes to ProVision Labels. A third party logistics operation goes to Advanced when it bills six or more clients on differing terms, or when client billing is what is breaking, and to Extended otherwise. An operation running its own inventory goes to Extended if it is starting to bill others, to Advanced at four or more sites, and to Standard otherwise.
Does answering send my details anywhere?
No. It runs entirely in your browser. No answers are sent anywhere and nothing is stored on your device.
Why does a third party logistics operation never get Standard?
Standard is sized for a small or medium operation running its own inventory. A 3PL bills clients, and that is the work Extended and Advanced are built for.
What if the answer is not warehouse software?
The advisor says so. Mobility, data capture and automation are part of Ahearn & Soper's work, but no page on this site answers that question properly, so it sends you to a specialist rather than to the warehouse pages.
Does where I am in the decision change the recommendation?
No. The fourth question changes the next step only, because where somebody is in a decision should not change what fits their warehouse.
