Intellitrack® Data Management Solution Software (DMS) is a set of user friendly software modules that assist you in automating the process of keeping track of inventory and assets in your facility. This user-friendly inventory tracking system combines state-of-the-art barcode data collection on a portable data terminal with a sophisticated Windows-based inventory management program for your PC. The different types of inventory that Intellitrack DMS tracks include

Physical Inventory
Stock Room Inventory (for small warehouses or supplies/consumables inventories)
Fixed Asset Inventory
Check-In / Check-Out Inventory (for circulating assets such as tools, equipment or files)

IntelliTrack Inventory

The IntelliTrack Inventory software is designed to be used with portable or fixed station barcode readers to provide a complete turnkey solution to manage your inventory. Inventory functions are available to handle everything from physical inventories to managing a perpetual inventory. IntelliTrack modules are written in Microsoft® Access 2007 and include the source code should you want to customize the Inventory system for your specific needs.

The IntelliTrack Inventory portable terminal software enables the portable terminal/handheld mobile computer to collect inventory data automatically. It provides for the collection and storage of user ID, inventory, locations, and quantities, all with the accuracy, speed, and simplicity of barcodes. IntelliTrack software includes a ready to run, PC compatible SQL Express to manage all of your inventory data and includes standard reports, queries, and barcode label printing capabilities.

Inventory Lite: Networkable	Lite Version: allows up to 100 inventory items. Includes licensing for 1 workstation and 1 batch portable data collection terminal, SQL Express only.

IntelliTrack Fixed Assets

The IntelliTrack Fixed Assets software is designed to be used with portable barcode readers to provide a complete turnkey solution to manage assets. IntelliTrack modules are written with Microsoft® Access 2007 and include source code to customize the Fixed Assets system for specific needs. The IntelliTrack Fixed Assets portable software enables the portable barcode reader to collect inventory data automatically.

IntelliTrack Fixed Assets provides for the collection and storage of user ID, asset number, location, status and even manufacturer, model and serial number if required, all with the accuracy, speed, and simplicity of barcodes. The IntelliTrack Fixed Assets software includes a PC compatible ready to run SQL Express to manage Fixed Assets data. The IntelliTrack Fixed Assets database includes standard reports, queries, and barcode label printing capabilities. With the Access user-friendly interface, the user can easily customize a database.

Fixed Assets: RFID	Includes licensing for 1 workstation, 1 RFID portable, support and a voucher for 300 RFID Tags.

The IntelliTrack Stockroom software is designed to be used with portable or fixed station barcode readers to provide a complete turnkey solution to manage your inventory. Stockroom provides efficient tools for inventory, receipt into inventory, routine physical counts, and managing a perpetual inventory. All IntelliTrack modules are written in Microsoft® Access 2007 and include the source code should you want to customize the Inventory system for your specific needs.

IntelliTrack Check In-Out

Check In-Out tracking software provides an efficient and cost-effective method to track circulating assets and consumable inventory within a company or department by utilizing mobile computers, such as PDAs or PDTs, to scan barcodes. IntelliTrack Check In-Out collects and stores user IDs, both consumable and circulating items, locations, and quantities. In addition, Check In-Out completes routine physical inventories, manages a perpetual inventory and tracks items checked out by employees and/or customers.

It also provides for maintenance and calibration, cost tracking, and item ID receiving to keep your inventory transactions efficient. IntelliTrack Check In-Out contains user-customizable fields allowing the user to specify the naming of each field using their business terminology. The software generates user-customized reports, and logs that keep a history of the receipt, movement, and issuance of inventory .
