Accu-Sort Long Range AXIOM-X™ Omni-directional Laser Bar Code Reader

The AXIOM™ line of bar code scanning solutions are designed with industrial and manufacturing applications in mind. The AXIOM-X™ is Accu-Sort’s new compact omni-directional reader. Housed in a rugged IP54-rated enclosure, AXIOM-X offers high-speed scanning up to 1120 scans per second capable of handling the most demanding applications.

All AXIOM-X readers require a wiring base and plug-in scan head. The scan head is available in six versions; three for high-speed scanning in fast moving applications.

Accu-Sort Medium Range AXIOM™ Laser Bar Code Scanner

The AXIOM™ bar code readers are designed with industrial and manufacturing applications in mind. Housed in a rugged IP65-rated enclosure, the reliable AXIOM offers high-speed scanning up to 1,400 scans per second. The AXIOM 1L (one-laser version) is designed for use in manufacturing applications with a fixed depth of field and shorter read distances. Where product size and/or positioning varies significantly, the AXIOM 2L and 4L (2 and 4-laser versions) provide accurate bar code reading at distances up to 72 inches.

Accu-Sort Medium Range AdaptaScan® Laser Bar Code Scanner

Slotted in price and scanning performance between our Models 22 and 24 bar code readers, the unparalleled flexibility of the AdaptaScan makes it ideally suited for distribution channels and installations where several different scanner configurations are required under one roof.

Changes can be made to the AdaptaScan on-site in a matter of minutes with the easy-to-use configuration software. Since parameters such as scan pattern, focus and communications can be easily modified, generic spare units can be stocked to support many different applications.

Accu-Sort Medium Range Model 22 Laser Bar Code Scanner

Accu-Sort’s Model 22 Series II provides medium range bar code scanning at an affordable price. The combination of die cast zinc-aluminum end caps and an extruded body yields a strong enclosure for applications requiring durability. A rugged thread-on connector ensures reliable power coupling. The three-point mounting feature is incorporated in the product to create repeatable mounting in any application.

Without any special adjustments, the standard Model 22 Series II reads most commonly printed bar codes and densities with working ranges from 4” to 36” (102 mm to 914 mm). Available with Accu-Sort’s patented DRX® (Data Reconstruction) technology, the Model 22 Series II consistently decodes bar codes that would be NO READS with other scanners. In some applications, DRX eliminates the need for a raster scanner.

Accu-Sort Short Range Model 10 Laser Bar Code Scanner

The Model 10, another high performance Accu-Sort line scanner, combines impressive optical performance with useful electrical features in an extremely compact, rugged housing.

With its advanced optical design, the Model 10 can handle almost any line scanning application. A wide scan angle coupled with powerful A/D circuitry provides an extremely large performance envelope for any given bar code.

The Model 20 Series II bar code scanner's combination of die cast zinc-aluminum endcaps and an extruded body yields a strong enclosure for applications requiring durability. The three point mounting feature on the base and the side is incorporated in the product to create repeatable mounting in any application. Optional configurations provide high density, long range or high speed capabilities.
