Work In Process

Ahearn & Soper offers Work-in-Process (WIP) solutions to report production data in real-time. Solutions can be wireless, batch (portable), or hard wired. Systems record production transactions as they are completed by the employee, eliminating the need for workers to hand write information or go back to a PC for input. These systems reduce errors, misinformation, or the lack of information.

Monitor work-in-process at each defined step in the production cycle to see what products are entering which phase of production. All steps, stations or processes can be monitored along the entire work flow process to provide real-time information on inventory, lots on hold, reworks, and scrap.
